Sushi Mentai @ Elit Avenue, Bayan Lepas, Penang

Hello everyone. Im sorry for abandon my blog for at least half a year. I am so sorry haha. Without any delay, as you can see, this blogpost title, Sushi Mentai. Sushi Mentai Japanese Restaurant had opened their first branch in Penang (somewhere near to Pantai Hospital). What’s so special about this Japanese restaurant is that everyday will be like a Bonanza Day.

There's only 2 types of colour plate on the conveyor belt which is yellow and red. The price of the YELLOW plate is RM 1.80 ONLY and the RED plate is RM 2.80 ONLY. If you're a sushi lover but you're on tight on budget too. haha, this is definitely your must go to Japanese restaurant. *wink* Like any other ordinary Japanese restaurant, they have other choices too.

I personally think that, the taste and quality of the sushi is worth for the price. For your information, if you visit this restaurant during peak hours like dinner time, be prepare to line up like you did at Sushi Zanmai. haha. but if you're too lazy to wait. Take Away it will do (then you can escape from the queue). Hope my blog post fix your curiosity of this new restaurant. 
If you asked me, would i visit Sushi Mentai again. Why not?

Paul Loiis @ Lebuh King, Penang.

Two days ago, BB and I went to Paul Loiis at Lebuh King. In case you do not know where is Lebuh King, you can search from Bishop Street (it's easier). Look out for the Public Bank. Paul Loiis is just next to it (white building). This is my second time dining at Paul Loiis. The first time i went to this cafe, it is just a soft opening, during tea time.For the second visit it is already the 2nd day of their grand opening.

"Paul Loiis is a new European style cafe combining both indoor cozy environment and outdoor patio cafe. Paul Loiis also serve breakfasts and brunches from different countries whole day long. A variety of pastries cakes, coffees and teas are also available here. Magician shows are on every Friday and Saturday night. Paul Loiis is definitely a must-visit cafe for coffee lovers".

They waitress gave us 5 pieces because she said the cream puff (on that day) is smaller in size but to me, i think that the cream puff is regular size. So it shall be bigger during normal days, i guess? 

Grill Fish and Chips

Honestly, i'm quite surprised that the "Chips" are not fries. It's like the real Potatoes Chips. Anyway, I really like the fish. First of all, it is grilled and not fried. Plus, the fish is really fresh. Big Big thumbs up!

The presentation of the Cabonara looks small but it is actually normal portion. So don't you worry. haha.

IT'S SOOOOOOOOO CUTE! lol. Originally i wanted to order this dish, "Paul Loiis Grandpa Mushroom Pot Pie" which is RM 29 (according to the menu). But the menu actually state that "Order 3 days in advance". So, i was like ohhh, okay. So do tell me if any of you tried this dish. Cause it look really good. 

The service is really good over there with a nice ambience. Do check it out if you haven't. They'd just launched their official grand opening few days ago. Till here.

LUNARICH @ One Precinct, Bayan Baru, Penang

Hi all my dear readers. Sorry for not updating my blog as frequent as before. I will try my best not to be lazy. So, I went to Lunarich  at One Precinct. In case you do not know where is One Precinct, it is located behind Sunshine Square. I really like this branch compare to the one at Gurney Paragon Mall. It's more spacious, nice place to dine in, great service and also PIZZA!

Parma Rucola (Half Portion)

This dish, i think it is rocket leaves wrap with bacon and fruit salad as the sides. We ordered the Half portion and they have full portion. Don't be deceive by my photo. haha! the size of this dish is small. i mean the bacon portion. it's just a bite size. I personally do not really like this dish, it's awfully salty. lol. But it's your choice to try :)

The pizzas don't looked as yellowish as it look (cause when i was there, it's night time, the lighting made it looked so). Gamberetti and Garlic Chicken Diavola were recommended by the waiter that served us. Yes, i love both of these. Definitely going back for these. I loves spicy food. I personally prefer the Garlic Chicken Diavola as it has a little spicy flavour in it. Gamberetti has prawns and broccoli. I really like it because the prawn taste did not over powered the pizza taste. (Not sure you get what i mean, sorry, i am bad at explaining).

Of course, I also tabao (take away) a pizza home for my siblings.
