NESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt

Hello readers, today i'm going to write a recipe post from my favourite yogurt. My choice of yogurt is the Nestlé Natural Set Yogurt.
TADA!
This is the nutrition information
Why is Nestlé Natural Set Yogurt is my choice of yogurt? haha. One of the main reason, there is no added sugar in this yogurt and it's cheap yet easy to purchase at any supermarket or stores near your house! In addition, 100g of Nestlé Natural Set Yogurt contains 57 calories only!

Okay, back to the topic - RECIPE of the day. You're going to make pancakes with me! Which is easy to make and cheap. I'm pretty sure most of the ingredients you already have it in your house.

You are going to need
Nestlé Natural Set Yogurt

All purpose flour - any type of flour of your choice
Baking Soda
Sugar -- to add some sweetness to this recipe
An egg
That's all. that is all you need!

So, first you need 6oz of Nestlé Natural Set Yogurt

Stir the yogurt until it is smooth and creamy

You will get something like that.
Add an egg and mix it well
You will get a yellowish batter for your wet ingredient.
Then, in a separate bowl, mix  ½ cup of flour and 1 tablespoon of baking soda .
Next, mix in ½ cup of sugar (depends on how you want the sweetness). The sugar is optional but i personally recommend to have sugar in this recipe due to the mild flavor in it. If you do not like adding sugar, you can add some fruits like bananas, blueberry, strawberry and many more.

After that, pour the wet ingredient to the dry ingredient -- cause the dry ingredient bowl is bigger? haha

STIR TO COMBINE .
Do check on the consistency of the batter. Make sure it is in a dough consistency. If it is still watery, do add some flour. and you have to make sure not to have too much flour as it will lead to a bitter flavouring.

Then, spoon the batter onto a sprayed griddle or pan heated to medium-high.

Remember to flip the pancakes when they start to bubble up a bit on the surface. Cook till golden brown on both sides and you're ready to served.

I usually make mini size of pancakes which have about 8 pieces or more - but it is up to you which size do you want to make.

You can serve plainly like that.

Or even butter and honey.
And you can serve this with whip cream and fruits. haha. It is your choice.

This recipe is easy to make for family or even friends. Now you can have a wonderful pancake with a few ingredients and Nestlé Natural Set Yogurt for your family. Volla. Goodluck.
